Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address, company and password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text).
• Project information: briefs, brand files, product screens and recordings you upload, and your comments on videos. We use these to produce your videos, including with AI tools (see section 3).
• Billing information: your plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Messages you send us by email or through the site's forms, including free-sample requests.
• Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, how you use the site (pages, clicks, scrolling, and session recordings with typed text hidden).

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

• To run your account and produce and deliver your videos.
• To take payments and send invoices and account emails (such as confirming your email or resetting your password).
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To understand and improve the site, only if you accept analytics cookies.

We use trusted providers who process data for us under their own security and privacy terms:

• Supabase: sign-in and database.
• Cloudflare (R2): storage for uploaded files and delivered videos.
• Stripe: payments and invoices.
• Resend: account emails.
• Hostinger: website and server hosting.
• AI providers, such as Anthropic (Claude): to help write, generate and edit your videos. We send them only the briefs and files needed for your project, under their own privacy and security terms.
• Microsoft Clarity: site analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

• Delivered videos and project files: kept for 60 days after delivery, after which we may delete them.
• Account details: while your account is open. When you ask us to close it, we delete or anonymise them within 30 days.
• Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, and you can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Data is encrypted in transit, files are stored privately and shared through expiring links, and access inside our team is limited to people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the service you understand your information may be processed outside your country, with the safeguards our providers offer.

Motionleo is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell you by email or in the dashboard if the change is significant.
