Terms of Service

Motionleo is a done-for-you motion video service for SaaS, app and AI companies. You share your product, brand files and a brief; we produce videos and deliver them in your dashboard.

We use AI tools in production, for example to write scripts, generate and edit motion, and create voice and sound, together with other software. Our team directs the work and prepares every video for delivery.

You need an account to request work. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

• Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe.
• Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. A first-month promotional price, if shown, applies to the first billing period only.
• Each plan includes a monthly number of videos and revision rounds per project (Starter 2, Growth 6, Pro 10). Unused videos do not carry over to the next month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

You can cancel any time from Subscription in your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We may make one free 15-second sample video for a new customer. A sample creates no obligation to buy and may be used by you as you like.

• You give us what we need to make the work: product access or screens, brand files and a clear brief. Never send passwords or secret keys; screen recordings or a demo account are enough.
• Turnaround times on the Pricing page are targets for first drafts once we have a complete brief. They are not guaranteed, and they pause while we wait for information from you.

• When the plan period that covers a video is paid, you own the final delivered video and may use it commercially without limit.
• Your logos, product screens, text and other materials stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to make your videos.
• Music, fonts, stock or voice elements we license from third parties are covered by their licences, which allow normal commercial use of the delivered video.
• We may show delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Email us and we will stop.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you send us, and that the claims in your videos about your product are accurate. Do not ask for content that is illegal, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks the rules of the platforms where you will publish it. We may decline or stop work that does.

Delivered videos and project files stay available in your dashboard for 60 days after delivery. After that we may delete them, so please download what you need. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or has unpaid charges. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it applies; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
